Winter Watchovers / Snowbird Specials

We offer services to monitor and maintain your property while you're enjoying a winter outside of the area.

Including:

• Regular building monitoring
• Snow removal
• Regular checks of grounds for downed limbs or trees, ice damming, wind or storm damage, building security, and more

Building upgrades or home improvement services also available

We also offer pre-arranged large or small-scale home improvement projects that you'd like to schedule in your absence. We can have your upgrades completed to your specifications while you're away. MAB communicates with you regularly on the progress via video tours, photos, and written reports.

By scheduling your project while you're away, you won't be bothered with construction issues like noise, dust, lack of privacy, etc. You'll arrive home to enjoy a professionally completed property upgrade and a home that has been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your return.

Estate Cleanouts

We have the resources to remove any unwanted personal items from a home or property.

Option #1:  We remove unwanted items and leave the residence empty and broom clean

Option #2:  All services from Option 1 are included, as well as a thorough professional cleaning

Option #3: We evaluate the property, considering both interior and exterior areas, provide recommendations and complete any upgrades or improvements that you deem necessary. This service includes a professional cleaning upon completion of work.

Temporary Management Services

For out-of-state owners

We have the capacity to provide any short or long-term management that meets your needs (see Services page). We also offer renovations and home improvement services.

For inherited properties or properties in probate

In addition to the services noted above, we can inspect, secure, and monitor a property over the interim period up to final disposition of the property.

For short-term management 

Should you be away from your home for any period of time, we perform any management functions that you require. Even if you'll only be away for a couple of weeks and require a small to moderate sized project completed, MAB Property Management can execute that upgrade while you're off-site. You return home to a professionally completed home improvement and optional comprehensive house cleaning.

Assistance with Fix-and-Flips

We can assist with planning, permitting, budgeting, and project completion from acquisition to subsequent sale of an investment property. (Please see Renovations).
